I cooked this on wednesday night and it was delicious. I used Dijon Mustard from Saucy Mama. It was perfect. I loved it and more importantly, Loretta loved it!

Mmm, I'm going to have to try that mustard. It's the little things in life -- like an exceptional condiment -- that really make life delicious. ;)
That chicken dish sounds wonderful, I'll have to give it a try.
