There is a cookbook titled simply 'Bacon' which I received at Xmas. Don't remember the author.
My wife has used it because I've gotten into curing the stuff and she has to do something with it. Poor woman only has one kind of bacon, plus pancetta and proscuito to work with, but there will be more.
